I have lots and lots of wonderful pictures to share - so let's just get down to it.
We were able to catch all 3 UW home football games in September. While the games weren't pretty, the company and the weather (near 80 degrees all 3 times) was outstanding. Here is a glimpse of what I saw when I looked to the right at the football game.

Since October 1st, Stephen has spent many days and nights in the mountains hunting both by Kemmerer (with his Dad for deer) and then near Cheyenne (for Elk) for the past 3 weekends. He is enjoying his time in the mountains a great deal. Annika and I paid Doug and Stephen a visit at their hunting camp one afternoon. Annika snapped the picture of Stephen and I.

Annika and I were able to stay in Kemmerer for 5 days. While there we enjoyed visiting lots of grandparents and great grandparents. We also were able to catch up with Monica and Ben Burgeson and their kiddos as they drove from San Diego to Rawlins and the Black Hills. The first picture is the Burgeson's and Annika and the picture second picture I LOVE LOVE LOVE -Annika hugging on Grandma Kiren! So sweet.
Stephen and I also spent a wonderful long weekend in Jackson (thank you Grandma and Grandpa Kiren for watching Annika while we were away). We enjoyed some serious relaxing and also were able to spend some time with wonderful friends from Kemmerer at Phil and Tara's wedding. This picture was taken after their wedding.
Next are (by far) my favorite pictures of Annika and I together -thanks, Diane! Diane and I had a great time taking pictures of each other with the kids during our first scrap booking weekend of the scrap booking season (non-summer months). Diane, Carter and Cooper are also pictured below along with a picture of Annika and her gum chilling on a pumpkin.

Annika and I had some fun on the back patio shooting pictures one evening and then I had some more fun making this little collage on my computer. I will have to try to do more of these since it allows me to share more photos at once on the blog! And I don't have to battle with formatting the pictures on the blog. My MacBook brings me JOY!
Annika had me rolling one evening with her wild batting stances. Not sure if this picture captures it or not, but she was much more concerned with the look of her stance than she was about hitting the ball. She kept saying "how do I look?"
We are ready for Halloween tomorrow! My Mom and I made Annika's Pocahontas costume and were pleased with how it turned out. Annika was very specific about the fact that it needed to be very authentic and was fairly upset that we didn't have the exact color of material that Pocohauntus had on. Anyhow, Annika and I went to a Halloween party last weekend (my mom also made the Reese's Costume many years ago for my brother) and then Annika's daycare also had a Halloween party on Friday. I attended that party and had a wonderful time helping out with the kiddos and all of their Halloween festivities. We are looking forward to trick or treating tomorrow! Annika has been dreaming of long hair like Pocahontas for a long time and now she kind of has it.
And we'll end with a couple of pictures of Annika showing off her new favorite fashion statement which involves tights, a skirt and her combat boots. Additionally the picture of her making a silly face is really common as well and thought you'd enjoy seeing a bit of her little personality as this blog post comes to an end. Goodnight!
