Easter was wonderful with Annika. Dying eggs had us all on high alert. While Stephen was worrying about her not dumping the cup of dye over she was busy tossing an egg on the ground. It was a hoot and required all hands on deck (Stephen, Grandma, and me) to be on their toes to keep things from getting totally out of control. Easter egg hunting may have showed us a preview into Annika's personality as she insisted that the same color eggs be hidden in the same places each time (orange eggs go by the tree because that is where she found them the first time). By the end of the egg hunting fun she was hiding her own eggs and finding them all by herself. Who knew that was possible!? Lesson learned - anything is possible when you are 2!
I put this slide-show/scrapbook together and although they weren't all taken on Easter day they were taken over the past few weeks as we celebrated Easter festivies and spring activities. I am thrilled with how it turned out. I hope you will be too!
